The Alternate Historian
The Alternate Historian is a channel for everyone and anyone who likes to ask what if. Our host is Matt Mitrovich. He is the founder and editor of Alternate History Weekly Update, a blogger for Amazing Stories, a volunteer interviewer for SFFWorld and a Sidewise Awards for Alternate History judge. When not exploring alternate timelines he enjoys life with his beautiful wife Alana and prepares for the day when travel between parallel universes becomes a reality.
An entire channel dedicated to the 'What If?". Using knowledge of geography, population and other historical facts I predict what could have happened had things gone differently in history. Learn about how the world would be different if, the Axis won World War II, if America lost the Revolution, or if Reagan was never president. I do pop culture videos which explored the worlds of Fallout and the Purge. Learn controversial topics such as if Christianity never existed and many other subjects. Hi this is Epimetheus! On this channel I cover the histories of nations empires and people from all over the world. I especially enjoy focusing on areas that are covered less in the mainstream or examining a familiar topic from a different perspective. Historical topics are combined with animated maps and visuals that I draw, to hopefully condense complicated subjects into a understandable framework that will leave you wanting to learn more. I hope you enjoy these videos as much as I have enjoyed making them :) If you like what you see here then please consider supporting me on Patreon via the link at the Bottom of the page (all donations go directly back into the channel): https://www.patreon.com/Epimetheus1776

Flash Point History
We hear of great people in history all the time. The Caesars, the Elizabeths, the Napoleons, and the Genghis Khans. They may have been enlighten rulers or vile despots; great builders or the destroyers of civilization - but they all shared one thing. They were human, and as such they had hopes, dreams, aspirations, inner demons, and insecurities - like everyone else. These traits affected the course of humanity for better and for worse. Together, they have made us the global society we are today. Flash Point History is dedicated to making history accessible because when we look into the past we discover ourselves.

The Jackmeister: Mongol History
Hello there! This channel will be specializing in the Mongol Empire, and all areas of history that it affected, which was a lot of areas. My aim is to cover not just the campaigns of Chinggis Khan (better known in the english speaking world as Genghis Khan) and his successors, but all facets of the empire: governance, politics, trade, and the people affected. In addition, I hope to cover the successor states of the Ikh Mongol Ulus -the Golden Horde, the Chagatai Khanate, Ilkhanate and Yuan Dynasty- and the people and empires that emerged in the post-Chinggisid world, such as the Timurids or Kazakhs and from there who knows? The Ming? The Mughals? Wherever the road takes us. Any questions, concerns, topics you'd like me to cover? Or feel that I got something wrong? Let me know and I'll see what I can do: this channel is as much for me to expand my knowledge as it is for the viewers. If you like the artwork I do, I put most of it on Tumblr or Deviantart under the Jackmeister.
